Refactored the payment dashboard for a blockchain-based pay-per-use platform.

PayperChain lets machine builders bill their customers per use, with the payment and invoicing logic running on a Corda distributed ledger. The dashboard is where operators see usage, payments and invoices in real time.
The dashboard got a new interface and data layer, and was connected to the middleware that keeps it in sync with the ledger's payment and invoicing workflows.
