StrategyOS walks a company through a five-phase strategy process: research, ambition, analysis, strategy, roadmap. Each phase is a set of modules that gather real data about the company and its market and turn it into structured, executive-level output.
The research modules collect data from the company's website, LinkedIn, reviews and ad history and enrich it. An analysis pipeline turns that research into findings and a first strategy outline that pre-fills the next phase. Teams work in shared workspaces with roles and invitations, on a subscription.
